Motherbored creator, Michelle, makes these eco-friendly earrings from the motherboards, circuit boards, and video cards of salvaged computers. All colors are original to the board, unless a polished technique reveals copper layers just below the surface. Each earring is shaped to perfection and then sealed in virtually crystal clear resin. No two pairs are alike, making your Motherbored earrings unique and one of a kind!

Saved from their demise at your local landfill, Michelle recycles desktop-laptop computers into beautiful unique jewelry and accessories. All salvaged computers have colorful motherboards awaiting her discovery! Using as much as possible from the computers, she leaves little to no scrap trail behind. Each piece is made solely by Michelle, from start to finish.

If you look closely, you will find that Michelle takes great pride in the detail of her work. All edges of the motherboards are smoothed to perfection with no jagged edges. One of her favorite things is taking an extra minute to complete pieces with extra micro components (removed from the motherboards) that ensures each piece their uniqueness. In addition, the resin is crystal clear with virtually no bubbles.
